Who We Are

Avi Epstein, Principal and Owner

Avi Epstein is a long-time veteran of the insurance business, with 32 years of experience. Before founding the Westrock Insurance Agency in 2000, Avi worked for MetLife, Keep Insurance Agency, and Lampe-Batkin Associates. He is at the forefront of personal, residential, and business insurance, and is knowledgeable about the latest insurance products and solutions. Avi prides himself on responding to his clients’ needs with quality service and approaching each challenge with patience and persistence. He notes that the secret to his success is having a winning attitude and providing flexibility in solving insurance problems.

Avi and his wife Tova reside in New City, NY. They have three grown children: Aaron, Marc and Leah.

Aaron Epstein

Aaron started his career at Westrock in July 2006, after working as a professional recruiter for Klein Management Systems in Nanuet. He received his New York Property and Casualty Agent and Broker License in 2006 from the New York State Department of Insurance. Aaron focuses on Westrock Insurance’s personal and commercial lines of the property and casualty business. Aaron believes that being professional and courteous, and taking the time to carefully understand clients’ exposure is essential to creating an insurance policy that meets their needs. A graduate of SUNY Binghamton, A graduate of SUNY Rockalnd Communtiy College.

Aaron lives in Engelwood, NJ with his wife Dr. Amanda Eis. Married in 2011, they have three children, Mason, Ian and Annabelle.

Ulana Wilson-Orta

After studying at Rockland Community College, Ulana Wilson-Orta began her business career at Westrock and has worked as an insurance agent there for more than 10 years. Ulana’s specialty is in providing excellent policy analysis and customer service for Westrock’s personal insurance clients. She offers a tremendous amount of knowledge about the business and the specific insurance products that are available, enabling Ulana to describe the best insurance coverage to reduce each client’s particular financial risk. Ulana believes that learning all there is to know about new products as well as being able to patiently explain all of the offerings available are keys to keeping Westrock customers satisfied and coming back for all their insurance needs.
