Customer Service Representative— Commercial/Personal
This is a full-time, entry-level position in customer service and underwriting for our property & casualty product line. The position includes quoting, binding, and billing new and renewal accounts; endorsement processing for existing accounts; and file maintenance. This is an opportunity to develop rating skills—carrier websites, E-rater, and Excel rating programs. The candidate selected will develop their underwriting skills, preparing underwriting information for referrals, and will interact with customers to obtain underwriting information.
